Beat Panic (Paid): Designed to guide people through a panic attack or raised anxiety using their phone.
Calm (Paid): One of the most popular meditation and mindfulness apps. Content helps users tackle stress, anxiety, insomnia, and depression.
Happify (Free): Overcome negative thoughts, stress, and life’s challenges.
Mind-Shift (Free): Helps teens and young adults cope with anxiety by changing how they think about anxiety.
My Possible Self: The Mental Health App (Free, with in-app purchases): Learn how to manage fear, anxiety and stress and tackle unhelpful thinking)
Recovery Record (Free): A great app for anyone recovering from an eating disorder and wanting to develop a more positive body image.
Samaritans Self-Help (Free): Keep track of how you are feeling, and what to do to cope, feel better and stay safe in a crisis.
Silver Cloud (Free): An eight-week course to help you manage stress, anxiety, and depression at your own pace.
